Overview:
The Department of Natural Sciences (NS) begins, in Fall 2007, the Intervention Symposia Series, funded in part by the Quality Enhancement Plan of the University of Houston-Downtown. Topics covered are typically difficult for students and appear many times over the course of a student's academic career. The symposia presentations present these difficult concepts in a more casual and FUN classroom environment to promote a much more in-depth understanding of the concepts. Each symposium will be videotaped and made available.
To view the symposia videos, your system needs the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. To download the video, you need to download Adobe AIR and Adobe Media Player. To view the lecture notes, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. To download the he symposia video, click here to follow the instructions.
