Growing up, I remember seeing the Rubbermade commercial on TV where the guy would throw a trash can out the window of a tall building to see what damage it would sustain. This was very interesting to me at the time, and I wondered if this was a real job. It just seemed like too much fun. Obviously, years have passed, and that wasn't the career path I chose, but I assume the product testers portrayed in this commercial were some form of engineer. This type of service is a detriment to producers in our present society of money-back-guarantees, customer satisfaction and other promises made, but more importantly a product tester provides a priceless service to the consumer in the form of safety and overall piece of mind. It's not just a fun job filled with daily destruction.

As a child, I loved knowing how things were put together. I used to watch Jacques Cousteau making impressive and exciting dives in his bathysphere to explore the world under the ocean. For the longest time I wanted to be an oceanographer. My father, an electrician, made a digital clock long before I ever was able to buy one. I would have liked to know more about electricity but felt inadequate to the task. My dad dabbled with the telescope and loved geology. I've enjoyed baking and cooking primarily because they were science experiments! My inadquate feelings about being a scientist eventually led me to the social sciences--knowing how people are put together socially--how they think, behave and being able to make predictions based on the resources available, culture, religion, economies, etc.

I feel that there will be a need for the fields of science I am interested in. There is always a need for the study of species and the weather. |

People who go for this career can work in sports , for example if a soccer player is injured his takes fotographs of the player and masures angles of the leg studies where the palyer was injured . Musculoskeletal problems is what they work with. I think is a really interting carrer for those who really admire helping other and making big money |

if i was to be interested in taking on a science career it would be biology, the study of life. Understanding evolution and the process of how the world evolves around us. There will definitely be market for biology because there is always something new to study or learn. today new species and plants are being found for studing giving the idea that man doesn't know of everything in the world.

I am fasinated by many different things in science. There are so many different careers to choose from right now i am not sure of which one i would choose. I'v always been interested in space, time travel, traveling at the speed of light, quantam physics, the evolution of man, the development of solar systems and much more. But i have never really thought about which career i would choose.

Well I am a fan and in love of Astronomy. Thats the most likely area i would persue if indeed I would want a career in Science. I would love to help our world explore the possibilities of have a luner base. I would consider that the next human step into space. So many other options for our country to explore other galaxy's. I was reading in another blog, and someone brought up the possibility of Titan being another source of life. Imagine if we could settle some life on the moon of Titan. Just another stepping stone for the Human race. Maybe I am getting to ahead of myself, but just think if we could have another human civilization on the other side of our solar system.
Well Astronomy, is the most important goal for us humans because we can grow only so big until we can expand our limits to another part of our Solar System. |

I would be interested in developing new sources of energy and how to use the current energy we have more efficiently. The reason why I am interested in energy consumption is because it is what makes the world go round and round. We as human beings need energy to survive. Our cars, homes, and daily tools require some type of energy to work. There will always be a market for energy as long as we as humans exist, therefore there will always be a demand or market for my interests.

I think the human body is very interesting to learn about, especially when it comes down to family history. Our DNA tell us many things that we are prone to having when it comes to cancer, ect. |
