A. Staple copies (NOT originals) of the approved Adult Sponsor Form (1), Student Checklist (1A), Research Plan and Approval Form (1B) to the back of this entry form along with a copy of any other approval form that may have been required for this project.
B. You must also have copies or originals of all project approval forms available for review & inspection by the Rules & Safety Committee and the Scientific Review Committee on March 11, 2010, @ BROWN CONVENTION CENTER - HALL E.
C. Project Abstracts are not required; however, you are strongly encouraged to include them as part of your display as long as it does not identify you, your school or district. See Project Abstracts section in the SEFH Guidelines on our website.
