We all know Informal Science Education is vital to our community! We all know ISE is vital to every child's education! We all know that ISE is vital to the development of future scientists! So what do we do to encourage more connections to ISE in the greater Houston area?

Educators, Curators, Directors! This is your chance to spread your word to Houston's Rich Learning Community!

HUNSTEM is all about building communities. In fact, we've already begun. We've worked with local Geoscience Professionals to create the GEOAlliance!. And with the Houston Area Physics Teachers, HAPT, to give them a presence on the web!

We've worked with a group of Energy Educators and Professionals through the Global Energy Management Institute at UH to create the Energy Education Coalition.

And, we've worked with local Environmental Educators to create a site for the Environmental Educators Exchange.

If you need a presence on the Web, let us know. We can help you get your site up and running, and we can help you connect to Houston's Amazing Learning Community!

If you already have your web site, but want to connect to Houston's Learning Community, send us your link! We'll add it to our resource pages for Teachers, Parents, Informal Science Centers, and Professional Organizations!

Check out the gateways below to connect to Teachers, Students, Parents, Professional Societies, and other Informal Science Centers! You can also chat or work collaboratively with Teachers and Parents!

We've even developed Tour Guides arranged by Topic or Age Level.

Thanks!
